All items not in-stock at time of order are placed on backorder. If the backordered merchandise is available within 30 days of ordering, the item(s) will automatically be shipped. If the backordered item(s) becomes available after 30 days, customer will be advised of delivery date.
Kibbles Place is a retail-only company and does not sell wholesale at this time.
Our standard shipping carrier is the USPS but we also use UPS and FedEx when necessary.
Shipping charges vary, based on the actual weight of your order & your zip code.
Handling - Insurance:
Handling fee: $1.00
Insurance is included on orders up to $50.00.
If your order exceeds $50.00, you will be offered additional insurance.
If insurance is not purchased, Kibbles Place is not responsible for loss or damage.
Delivery Confirmation / Tracking:
Delivery Confirmation is included free of charge with all orders shipped via USPS.
(Sorry, DC is not available to APO addresses)
UPS & FedEx also supply a tracking number.
Picking up orders:
We are an internet based business only and not a brick and mortar establishment, therefore orders cannot be picked up. Thanks for your understanding.
Credit card payments are accepted via Paypal.com

Unfortunately, payment by check is not an option at this time.
Returns / Exchanges:
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We will gladly exchange your order, provided the merchandise is unused and in new condition.
To exchange an item, please ship it with an insured carrier, as KibblesPlace cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending anything back.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Due to standardized health regulations, pet carriers, beds, and blankets cannot be returned.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not in perfect condition.
