Backorders:
All items not in-stock at time of order are placed on backorder. If the backordered merchandise is available within 30 days of ordering, the item(s) will automatically be shipped. If the backordered item(s) becomes available after 30 days, customer will be advised of delivery date.

Wholesale Orders:
Kibbles Place is a retail-only company and does not sell wholesale at this time.

Shipping Carrier:
Our standard shipping carrier is the USPS but we also use FedEx when necessary.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges vary, based on the actual weight of your order & your zip code.
1st Class Mail: begins at $2.00
Priority Mail: begins at $4.80
Express Mail: begins at $20.00

Handling - Insurance:
Handling fee: $1.00
Insurance is recommended on all orders and required when ordering breakables.
    $1.70 orders up to $50.00
    $2.15 orders $50.01 - $100.00
    $2.60 orders $100.01 - $200.00
It's a small price to pay, should your order be lost or damaged in transit.
If insurance is not purchased, Kibbles Place is not responsible for loss or damage.

Delivery Confirmation:
Delivery Confirmation is included free of charge with all orders shipped via Priority Mail.
(Sorry, DC is not available to APO addresses)

Tracking Orders:
Tracking numbers are only available for 2nd day Express Mail.

Picking up orders:
We are an internet based business only and not a brick and mortar establishment, therefore orders cannot be picked up. Thanks for your understanding.

Payment Methods:
We accept cheque or money order. Check must clear prior to shipping order

Credit card payments are accepted via Paypal.com

Exchanging an item:
We will gladly exchange your order, provided the merchandise is unused and in new condition.
To exchange an item, please ship it USPS insured mail with delivery confirmation, to the address below.
Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending anything back.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Due to standardized health regulations, pet carriers, beds, and blankets cannot be returned.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not in perfect condition.
